Who can apply

  • Post Graduated (with no longer than 2 years and can provide the letter from the university/institution, eligible to apply for Non-ED visa)
  • Currently studying in the university in the desired major such as marketing, hospitality, etc.

Step 3: Video Call Consultation
Join a short video call with our team to discuss your goals, preferences, and expectations.

Step 4: Interview with Host Organizations
If shortlisted, you will have an interview with one of our partner hotels or businesses to secure your placement.

Step 5: Placement Confirmation & Visa Support
Once your placement is confirmed, we will assist you with the necessary visa documents and university paperwork (if required).

Step 6: Pre-Arrival Support
Receive detailed pre-departure guidance, including accommodation details, arrival instructions, and program expectations.

No Payment Required Until Your Placement is Secured!

Internship Program Fee & Payment Process

We want you to feel completely confident in your internship choice. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, our payment structure follows these three steps:

  • Step 1: Secure Your Spot – A €450 deposit is required upon application acceptance. (This is fully refundable if we cannot find a suitable placement for you.)
  • Step 2: Placement & Interview Confirmation – Once we successfully match you with a placement and schedule your interview, a 25% deposit of the total program fee is required. (This amount, along with the initial €450 deposit, will be deducted from the total program fee.)
  • Step 3: Final Payment – The remaining balance is due only after your placement is confirmed and you accept the offer.

Total Program Fee: €1850 (Invoice issued only after final confirmation.)
